Betsy Margolius, Edges (20th century)

$850.00

Description

This is an abstracted landscape rendered in oil on paper by Betsy Margolius, most likely in the late 20th century.  Margolius's approach to art is, in her own words, to find "inspiration in the unique curved line of a rose, the elegance of a tree branch, and the simple organic shape of a stone." She is all about maximizing color, texture and composition, which she achieves brilliantly in this painting.
